7vwin Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the platform 7vwin, available at 7vwin.best, the user declares to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms described herein, as well as to the Privacy Policy and the policies of Responsible Gaming, which form an integral part of this document.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all interactions with the 7vwin, including registration, deposits via Pix and other accepted methods, Sports Betting, casino games, slots, Live Casino, participation in promotions, and any other features available on the platform.

The 7vwin reserves the right to update these terms at any time. 2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account at 7vwin and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Not be an employee, service provider, shareholder, or first-degree relative of any employee of 7vwin;
• Not be under active self-exclusion on any gaming platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in Brazil in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.

Registration is free and requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The 7vwin may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Submitting false or incomplete information may result in the immediate closure of the account and cancellation of all pending balances.

3Player Account

3.1 – One Account per Player

Each player may hold only one active account at 7vwin. Opening multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All duplicate accounts identified will be suspended and bonus balances cancelled. Real-money deposits may be refunded after review, at the sole discretion of 7vwin.

3.2 – Account Security

The player is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account at 7vwin. If unauthorized access is suspected, the player must immediately contact support via live chat or by email at suporte@7vwin.best. The 7vwin is not liable for losses arising from the voluntary sharing of credentials by the user.

3.3 – Updating Registration Details

Players must keep their account details up to date, especially the email address and Pix key linked to the account. Changes can be requested through support upon identity verification. The 7vwin does not process withdrawals to Pix keys registered under a third party's name.

4Deposits and Payments

All amounts transacted on the 7vwin are in Brazilian reais (BRL). No foreign currency conversion takes place at any point. The accepted deposit methods are:

• Pix — instant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no fees;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and other accepted domestic card brands;
• Boleto bancário — settlement time of up to 1 business day after payment;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallets with fast confirmation;
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, C6 Bank, Inter, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but 7vwin may request proof of the source of funds for deposits above certain amounts, in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 7vwin are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name. The average processing time is 8 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 and no fees are charged.

5.1 – Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, the player must:

• Have a verified account with valid documentation (for withdrawals above established limits);
• Have no active bonus with an incomplete rollover — the bonus balance is separate from the real balance and is not available for withdrawal until the rollover is fulfilled;
• Have the Pix key registered at 7vwin under their own CPF;

5.2 – Withdrawal Hold

The 7vwin may temporarily hold a withdrawal for security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, the player will be notified by email and the verification process will be handled promptly, with a maximum resolution time of 5 business days. During the review, the balance remains available in the player's account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The 7vwin offers a wide range of promotions for its players, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, reload bonuses, boosted odds, and cash prize tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the promotions page and in the bonus section of the account dashboard.

The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable;
• Only one deposit bonus may be active per account at a time;
• Bonus balance and real-money balance are kept separate — wagers are deducted from the bonus balance first while it is active;
• Withdrawing before completing the rollover cancels the bonus and any winnings generated exclusively from the bonus balance;

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All games available at 7vwin — slots, Live Casino, poker, blackjack, roulette, crash games, and Sports Betting — are operated with an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent auditors or, in the case of Live Casino, with real dealers in professional studios. All outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results.

7.1 – Sports Betting

Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the player after confirmation. If a match is suspended before the event concludes, the affected bets will be cancelled and the amounts returned to the player's balance, unless otherwise specified in the rules of the specific market. 7.2 – Casino Games

Results obtained during a confirmed technical failure are void.

8Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such winnings will be confiscated;
• Making deposits using a third party's credit or debit card without the cardholder's express authorization;
• Taking part in coordinated schemes across multiple accounts to gain an advantage in promotions (promo abuse);
• Using the platform to launder money or carry out any transaction of illicit origin;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with its technical infrastructure;

9Identity Verification (KYC)

The 7vwin may request identity verification from the player at any time; it is mandatory for withdrawals above certain amounts and to unlock premium features. The process is entirely digital and only needs to be completed once. Accepted documents are:

• Government-issued photo ID — RG or CNH (front and back);
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months;
• Selfie holding the identity document (when requested).

12Limitation of Liability

In all cases of confirmed technical failure by 7vwin that results in direct financial loss to the player, the platform commits to reviewing and compensating the affected amount upon submission of a documented request to support.

13Account Closure

13.1 – Account Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team at 7vwin. Any available real money balances will be returned via Pix after identity verification. Active bonus balances are cancelled at the time of closure.

13.2 – Closure by 7vwin

The 7vwin may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Opening multiple accounts;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or abusive exploitation of promotions;
• Request by competent Brazilian authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, the bonus balance is cancelled. Any real money balance deposited will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and returned if there is no confirmed indication of fraudulent activity.

14Changes to the Terms

The 7vwin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, industry practices, or platform features. Changes will be communicated by email and through a visible notification in the account dashboard with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice. Players who do not agree with the changes must close their account before the previous conditions expire. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this agreement shall be submitted to the court of the player's place of domicile, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), unless otherwise required by law.
